like the night

You said that beauty is my strength
That I should walk in it.
You are wrong.
My strength is beautiful
But it is something you will never see
staring at my tits

I walk in my beauty, my strength
But it too is hidden
Albeit immodestly

fruitless

I'm finding myself
Among the trees
Looking again
At trunks and leaves
Feeling bark on my fingertips
And I am naked
soul and mind
in Eden

gift of knowledge

Do you know why you give teachers apples?
Metaphorically
Give them a taste of their own medicine,
Of course.

good and evil

Innocence

(Red apples
Crunch
Juices drip
Sweet)

was
before
I am.

I am going to find my naked soul
Somewhere in this banished garden of flesh
Beneath these clothes of kindness
And atonement.
I saw eden in a dream
And I was lost in it naked and terrible and beautiful
And didn't know
because the flowers loved me.
